Alake Joseph Folorunso is a business man of high repute.
He started his career as an infantry with the Ministry of Defence, Nigeria Army. He later served with the IOC POL as Account Clerk, School of Armoured, Nigeria Army, 2nd Division Artillery, Nigerian Army and Combat Supply Co. Central Vehicle Depot, Nigeria Army. In 1985 he started his own business Jofolak (Nig.) Ltd, a real Estate Development, Building Contractor and Road Construction. He equally established J. F International Ltd in 1999 which is into the business of import and export. He is also the CEO of Jofolak Hotels Ltd.
He is a pioneer member of the Board of Directors of Sunbeam Microfinance Bank Ltd. Since joining the Board of Sunbeam Mfb, he has attended several seminars and training workshops organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and FITC. Among which are Training programme for Directors of Community Bank organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and Financial Institution Training Centre (FITC); Conversion of Community Bank organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN); Effective Management of Microfinance Banks and so on.
He is the Chairman of Finance and General Purpose Committee, a member of Board Credit Committee and Audit Committee.

Adetunji Stephen Oluwadare Olabode is a seasoned engineer.
He has over two (2) decades of leading a team of professionals to develop corporate goals. He was at a time with Utility Borings Limited, Nigeria Bottling Company Plc, N-Core Engineering Limited, all in Lagos State. He later moved to the United State of America where he worked with the Polytan Associates PC East Orange NJ, USA; Parson Brinckeroff Inc Newark NJ, USA and Arbington Associates, PC Hamilton NJ, USA before he finally came back to Nigeria in 2004 to establish Drillpoint Limited, Lagos where he is presently the MD/CEO. He was appointed as the Ekiti State Water Corporation as the Executive Chairman overseen the Board and workers of about 600 at various locations in Ekiti State, Nigeria in 2011.
He is a Certified Team Leader in Bridge Inspection and Structural Integrity Evaluation; Certified CAD Operator (Microstation SE); Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE); registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He has equally attended training on Effective Management of Microfinance Banks.
He is currently the Chairman of the Board ICT Steering and Compliance Committee, a member of Board Establishment Committee, Board Risk Management Committee and Marketing Committee.
